les images sont belles car je connais bien ces régions mais je n'ai jamais vu ces sites sans public comme le montre la vidéo un peu curieux... cela fait images de synthèse mais bon le plaisir est là tout de même j'adore la france c'est magnifique venez la visiter vous ne serez pas déçu et moi je suis dans le sud ouest TOULOUSE la ville rose ... by et à bientôt peut être

The reason the flaps are down is because the chase plane is an helicopter, rboehm. Note the speed of about 150k going toward the Chateau St Michel, Patron saint of Parachutes!(?)

As anthayr said it is strictly forbidden to fly over a few of this places in planes (or even helicopters). It is however, under strict rules and by special permission, allowed to fly over all these places in a balloon. So I think the arial shots were taken from a balloon and the planes (which are real) have been pasted in later. The shadows at 01:30 were good, but at 02:30 wrong. Compare the angle of shadows of the plane and the church. Nevertheless an amazing vid. Thanks for uploading.

If you will note the plane flying down the river, when he pulls up to clear the castle he goes to the right over the trees. Then you can see the planes shadow on the tree tops. Also, a little behind the planes shadow you will see the shadow of a helicopter. Probably the planes flaps are extended to allow the helicopter to keep up with the plane.

J'ai bien aimé les images, sauf que ça se termine brusquemment et laisse le spectateur suspendu dans le néant. Pourriez-vous m'indiquer s'il y a une suite ou on autre endroit ou l'on peut voir d'autres images

nice plane isn't it...I was chief test pilot at Pilatus and have been the lucky guy to make the first flight on that plane april 4, 1966... why are the flaps down, Was it a slow camera plane ??thanks for the wonderful video
